Email address and name when you register.
Authentication credentials (hashed).
Workspace name, role, and team membership.
Billing and payment information via Stripe.

Domains and configuration

You add domains, sending IPs, DNS records, alert rules, and integration settings to use monitoring, Inbox Boost, and deliverability features.

Usage data

Monitoring results, alert history, and deliverability scores.
Inbox Boost and warmup metadata (domain status, volume, delivery outcomes).
Dashboard activity, IP address, and device information.

2. How we use your information

To provide and maintain the SenderSignal service.
To run monitoring checks, alerts, and reports you configure.
To operate DNS setup, Inbox Boost, and inbox placement features you enable.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send service-related notifications and alerts.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. Email content

SenderSignal does not permanently store email message bodies from your mail systems for monitoring. If you enable Inbox Boost or placement testing, message content may be processed in transit for delivery only. Metadata (timestamps, delivery status, bounce data) may be retained for deliverability monitoring and compliance.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service providers (AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe, Postmark, and similar).
Integrations you configure (Slack, PagerDuty, Microsoft Teams, webhooks).
Sending and deliverability partners required for Inbox Boost or DNS features.
Law enforcement when required by law.

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted credentials, role-based access control, and encrypted data transmission (TLS). API keys and integration tokens are stored securely.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Monitoring and warmup metadata is retained for up to 90 days. You may request data deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may export your data or request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
